This Privacy Policy explains how HydroFast handles information for fasting tracking, hydration tracking, reminders, app preferences, and local device storage.

HydroFast does not sell personal data.
HydroFast does not share user-entered fasting or hydration data with third parties in the current version, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security.
HydroFast stores data on your device until you remove it. This includes hydration logs, fasting records, reminder preferences, and app settings/preferences.

If you use the app from outside your home country, local data handling may still be subject to local laws and device platform behavior in your region.
