Getting started
Install HydroFast from Google Play and complete the app's profile setup first. Then add the widget using your Android home screen.
Touch and hold an empty space on the home screen, then choose Widgets. Labels and gestures can vary with your phone's launcher.
Find the HydroFast widget and place it on your home screen. Leave enough room for the hydration summary and fasting controls.
In the app, select oz or ml under Settings → Units. Save a fasting plan if you want to use Start Fast; otherwise the widget offers Choose Plan.
